Setsu-den in Tokyo

May not look like much, but it's pretty impressive to me that shops & restuarants across Tokyo are trying to help conserve electricity--setsuden--volutarily... I guess it's all a part of the sense of "jishuku" or self-restraint people feel is necessary in the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami of March 11th....
